Rohini Sector 35 is a developing residential sector located in the north-west part of Delhi and planned under the Rohini Residential Scheme by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The sector mainly consists of DDA residential plots intended for independent house construction and future urban development. It lies along the 100-meter-wide Urban Extension Road-2 (UER-2 / NH-344M), which connects Rohini to areas such as Narela, Bawana, Dwarka, and the Delhi airport corridor.
Sector 35 is considered one of the newer and smaller sectors of Rohini and is still in the early stage of development. A large portion of the surrounding land includes older settlements like Barwala Village and Jain Nagar Colony, while the DDA-planned plots form the organized part of the sector.
