Rohini Sector 30 is a planned residential sector located in the Rohini Sub-City of North-West Delhi, developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Rohini Residential Scheme. The sector lies close to Urban Extension Road (UER-3) and the Auchandi–Bawana Road, which connect it with other Rohini sectors and nearby villages such as Prahlad Pur Bangar. It is considered a relatively small sector compared with other Rohini sectors but has a structured layout with residential plots, parks, commercial areas, and public facilities

Sector 30 is mainly planned for DDA residential plots where independent houses can be constructed. The sector is surrounded by Sector 29 in the north, Sector 28 towards the east across UER-3, Sector 35 on the west side, and Prahlad Pur village in the south.

The sector includes residential pockets along with supporting infrastructure such as green belts, parks, public-semi-public facilities, and commercial spaces. Wide sector roads and internal roads provide connectivity within the layout.

Pockets / Blocks in Sector 30

According to the layout plan, Sector 30 contains 4 residential pockets (blocks):

  1. Pocket A-1

  2. Pocket A-2

  3. Pocket C-1

  4. Pocket C-2

These pockets are planned with internal roads (mostly 9 m and 12 m wide) and are connected through wider sector roads of 30 m and 60 m width.

Number of Plots in Rohini Sector 30

The sector includes approximately 600+ residential plots distributed across the four pockets (A1, A2, C1 and C2). Plot sizes mainly fall into three categories:

  • 26 sq. meter plots

  • 32 sq. meter plots

  • 60 sq. meter plots

These plots are primarily intended for independent residential houses, where owners can construct up to multiple floors according to DDA building norms.

The sector layout includes several planned facilities and land uses:

  • Parks and green belts inside residential pockets

  • Commercial land for shops and daily needs

  • PSP (Public / Semi-Public) facilities such as schools, police station, post office, and public services
