Sector 32 is a planned residential sector located in North-West Delhi and developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Rohini Residential Scheme. The sector lies in Phase-IV of Rohini development and covers an approximate area of about 157–161 hectares according to the official layout planning documents.
The sector is surrounded by developing Rohini sectors such as Sector 31, Sector 36, and Sector 37, and is connected through major planned roads including 60-meter and 30-meter wide sector roads, which link it to the broader Rohini road network and future infrastructure corridors.
Sector 32 is mainly designed for DDA residential plotted development, with provisions for commercial areas, green belts, and public facilities, making it a balanced residential neighbourhood.
