Sector 34, Rohini is a well-planned residential sector located in North-West Delhi, developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) under the Rohini Residential Scheme. The sector is designed primarily for DDA residential plots and group housing, along with designated areas for parks, commercial spaces, community facilities, and public utilities.
Sector 34 is strategically located along the 100-meter wide 6-lane National Highway 344M (UER-2), which significantly improves connectivity to Bawana, Narela, Rohini Phase-V, and other parts of Delhi.
